Refund Policy

All our subscriptions are auto-renewing by default. Customers can stop auto-renewal at any point before the next renewal. If a renewal goes through, and the card is charged, and then if the customer wants to cancel the subscription for a refund after renewal or anytime during the subscription period, the following procedure will be followed:

Customer needs to send a written request to info@thelittlescientists.com
A prorated amount for the leftover classes will be refunded after a 3% transaction fee and a $25 administrative fee.
We aim to process and complete refund requests within 7-10 business days after receiving your request. Our refund process may involve a call to you to gather feedback or confirm information required to process the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Discounts are given in exchange for committing to stay in the program for the prescribed duration. In the case of a refund, the prorated amount shall be calculated based on the original full program price only.
Refunds are limited to the amount paid for services not rendered. In the case of a refund on EMI transactions, interest charged by the bank will still apply.
